एकीकृत नेकपा माओवादीका उपाध्यक्ष डा. बाबुराम भट्टर्राई

एकीकृत नेकपा माओवादीका उपाध्यक्ष एबं पर्ूव अर्थमन्त्री डाक्टर बाबुराम भट्टर्राईले नेपालको राजधानी काठमाडौंबाट अन्यत्रै सार्नु उपयुक्त हुने प्रस्ताव राख्नुभएको छ । शनिवार काठमाडौंमा आयोजित एक कार्यक्रमलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै देशको समानुपातिक विकासका लागि राजधानी सार्नुपर्ने प्रस्ताव गर्नुभएको हो । आर्किटेक्ट इन्जिनियर समेत रहनुभएका माओवादी उपाध्यक्ष भट्टर्राईले काठमाडौंको साटो चितवन वा दाङलाई राजधानी बनाउन सकिने प्राबिधिक तर्क समेत अघि सार्नुभयो ।

माओवादी नेवा राज्य समितिको कार्यक्रममा सहभागी हुनुभएका भट्टर्राईले माओवादीको माओवादीले भनेको जातिय स्वायत्त राज्य जातिगत नभई राष्ट्रियतासँग जोडिएको दावी गर्नुभयो । उहाँले कुनै जातिको ऐतिहासिक बसोबासका आधारमा राखिने राज्यको नामले अरु जातिलाई अन्याय नगर्ने समेत उहाँले बताउनुभयो । तर माओवादीको धारणलाई अरुले विकृत बनाएको उहाँको दावी थियो । माओवादीद्धारा गठित राष्ट्रिय जनआन्दोलन नेपालका संयोजक समेत रहनुभएका भट्टर्राईले सहमतिका लागि लचिलो भएर हवाइ नाकाबन्दी, स्वायत्त गणराज्य घोषणा लगायतका कार्यक्रम फिर्ता लिएको भन्दै अरु कार्यक्रम यथावत रहेको बताउनुभयो ।

I am fully support to the Baburam bhattai proposol that capital of Nepal should be some where else rather than Kathmandu.I recon for the chotwan.

Just changing the capital would not change anything. The new capital would turn into another Kathmandu in no time!

Bhattarai Ji,
Don't just talk, Do in practical, Empty vessle makes big noise, You know. All you parties and Ministers could not form a proper Government till now. But you are looking to climb at the SKY without ladder ?
In Kathmandu, you could not provide good roads and enough fresh water for the public till now, Do you ? Just do not dream yourself. OK take the capital whereever you like best. It needs money.
